Flatonia Civic Center provides an air conditioned area for booth rentals for 90 on 90
Space availability is first-come first-served. Booth spaces will be assigned at time of check-in. The Flatonia Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to change space assignments as needed.
You may set up on Thursday, June 1st from 10am until 4pm at no extra charge. Otherwise you may set-up on Friday at 7:45am. The Civic Center will open at 8:00 am on Friday, June 2nd & Saturday, June 3rd & close at 5:00 pm each day.
Booth spaces must be paid in full prior to setup.
Terms
You are herein referred to as Renter of booth space and the Flatonia CofC is referred to as Lessor.
Renter of Booth Space accepts total responsibility for his exhibit and its safety in relationship to fire, robbery, accident or other destructive cause and to injury to the public, which might occur within the confines of the exhibit or injury to Renter of booth space or his/her agents while on the “90 on 90 Garage Sales in the Flatonia Civic Center” premises. If insurance is desired, the Renter of Booth Space must place it.
Renter of Booth Space agrees to indemnify, defend and protect the Lessor against and hold and save the Lessor harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss or costs of whatever kind or nature which might result from any action or failure to act of the Renter of booth space or any of his officers, agents, employees or other representatives, including but not limited to claims of damage or loss, harm or injury to the person or property of the Renter of Booth Space or any of his officers, agents, or other representatives.
Renter of Booth Space agrees that he/she has read and understands this agreement, rules and information.
