Facility Rentals

Civic Center

$150.00 plus $15 per hour for utilities.
Deposit required to hold center for your event:
- $200 (with no alcohol is present)
- $400.00 (if alcohol is present)
- The deposit will be returned in full in7 days after event if no damages or items missing are found.
- Security is required if any alcohol will be present at your Event. One Officer is required at $40.00 an hour for 4 hours minimum for 1 to 100 people and two Officers are required for 101 to 200 people at the same price each.

Rental is $40.00 plus $10.00 per hour for utilities.
Deposit of $50.00 is required prior to event to hold your date, and will be returned in full in 7 days if no damages or missing items are found.
Security is required if any alcohol will be present at your Event. One Officer is required at $40.00 an hour for 4 hours minimum for 1 to 100 people and two Officers are required for 101 to 200 people at the same price each.

These are the wooden tables and benches used at in the tent at Czhilispiel.

Chamber Members a $50.00 deposit is required
- No rental fee for Chamber members
Non-Members a $100.00 deposit is required
- Table rentals are $5.00 each
- Benches are $2 each.
- Full set (table & 2 benches) would rent for $9.00 each

The deposit will be refunded in full if the tables and benches are returned with no damages.
