Can I decorate the room early?

Yes! As long as no parties are booked prior to your event you may come in the day before to decorate. Please check our calendar here or contact us at flatoniatxchamber@gmail.com

When can I pick up the key?

Keys can be picked up the day before or two days prior to your event at the Chamber office, and returned after your event in the library drop box, the drop box outside the office door, or returned in person. Please schedule your key pick-up here.

What kind of tables & chairs are available?

White tables and metal folding chairs are available.

Are there restrooms?

Yes! There is access to multi-stall men and women restrooms.

Is there a kitchen area?

Yes! There is a small kitchen area that has a refrigerator, microwave, and stove.
